Job summary

Titan Wealth Holdings Limited invites applications for a Foundation Trainee position based in Kettering. This six‑month development programme offers hands‑on exposure across Client Support and Paraplanning, with performance reviews guiding progression to a permanent role.

The role is office-based, full-time, and focuses on developing financial planning, client servicing, and regulatory understanding within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Educated to A-Level standard (or equivalent).
• GCSE English and Maths at least 5 (or equivalent).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Answering client and provider calls professionally and efficiently.
• Maintaining and updating client records across internal systems.
• Processing client instructions including withdrawals, contributions, valuations and reporting requests.
• Liaising with platform and product providers to obtain information and resolve queries.
• Submitting and tracking new business applications.
• Investigating and progressing outstanding cases to completion.
• Providing regular updates to clients and advisers.
• Supporting advisory-related tasks and documentation.
