Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a lecturer to support learners with SEND and SEMH in our college setting. A degree or equivalent is required, along with a teaching qualification or progression toward a PGCE post-16 within 2–4 years; GCSE Maths and English at C or above are expected; experience with SEND learners is essential.

• Educated to degree level or equivalent and substantial SEND experience.
• Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards PGCE in post-16 education within 2–4 years.
• GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above or Level 2 equivalent.
• Experience with entry to level 1 learners with SEND and SEMH.
• CPD related to working with learners with learning disabilities.
• Experience in FE or schools supporting learners with learning disabilities.
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
