Nottingham Forest Football Club is seeking a part-time Foundation Phase Coach to support the Foundation Phase Manager at The Nigel Doughty Academy in Nottingham. You will help develop elite youth players within the Academy, aligning coaching methods with the club's pathway.
The role emphasizes technical development, CPD, and safeguarding; you will also assist with administration to meet EPPP requirements and contribute to player development meetings.

About the Role: We are looking for part-time Foundation Phase Coach to join our Category 1 Academy Coaching Department. You will support and report to the Foundation Phase Manager and be responsible for the technical development and assist in the physical, mental, social and where necessary, academic development of the Academy schoolboy players within Nottingham Forest Football Club. Working closely with the Foundation Phase Manager align the coaching and playing methodology to create outstanding individual players with the potential to thrive when transitioning through our player development pathway. Provide alternative thinking to the status quo of Foundation Phase coaching ensuring the program and our methodology is at the forefront of elite practice across the industry
