Qualifications

• Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration.
• Experience within a Fostering Team.
• Experience completing Form F Assessments.
• Strong understanding of fostering legislation and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Complete Form F Assessments for prospective foster carers.
• Supervise a caseload of up to 15 fostering households.
• Undertake monthly foster carer supervisions and provide ongoing support.
• Attend and contribute to Child Care Reviews and multi-agency meetings.
• Complete annual foster carer reviews.
• Support the Placement Team through duty rota.
• Undertake statutory checks and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with Children’s Social Care, Education and Clinical Teams.
• Promote placement stability and positive outcomes for children.
