Qualifications

• 3 years' post-qualified experience within a Local Authority.
• Experience in fostering services, Form F assessments, foster carer recruitment, supervision and support is essential.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, fostering regulations, connected persons assessments and care planning is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Complete fostering assessments, Form F assessments, foster carer reviews and connected persons assessments.
• Support foster carers and safeguarding children.
• Promote placement stability and ensure positive outcomes for children in care.
