Five Rivers Child Care Ltd is recruiting a part-time Business Support Coordinator for the West Country covering Somerset, Devon, Torbay, Plymouth and Exeter. Based in Truro, Plymouth or Exeter, the role involves admin duties, diary management, minutes, and cross-office liaison.

You will need strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills, excellent organisation and time management, a full driving licence, and the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven organisation and time management skills with strong admin experience.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience handling admin tasks across multiple offices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the CHARMS database to ensure compliance.
• Ensure Five Rivers policies and procedures are followed.
• Handle foster-carer and child checks, diary management, minutes and liaison with head office finance teams.
• Promote inclusion and participation of children and young people in service development.
