Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a Locum Fostering Lead in Staffordshire within Children’s Social Care. The role offers a highly competitive hourly rate of £47.93 with flexible working options as Full Time or Part Time, and a hybrid working arrangement.

You will provide strategic leadership for sufficiency strategy, oversee fostering services, regulatory compliance, and undertake Role 24 Nominated Officer duties, shaping foster carer engagement and service delivery in a dynamic environment.
