Job summary

WLG is seeking an experienced engineer to design and deliver real-time intelligence solutions using Palantir Foundry. You will own data pipelines, ontology models, and operator-facing apps, working directly with defence and security users to tailor solutions.

The role requires hands-on development, end-to-end ownership, and the ability to travel to customer sites across Europe. Hybrid work with regular on-site presence is expected.

Qualifications

• Engineering background in CS/SE/Math/Physics.
• Hands-on Palantir Foundry work: pipelines, ontology, apps.
• Proficiency in Python/Java/SQL/TypeScript/JavaScript/Bash/Go.
• 3+ years in software or field engineering delivering production systems.
• Ability to quickly learn new platform architectures and data models.
• Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift).
• Comfort working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Engage with defence and security users to identify priorities for situational awareness.
• Design, build and deploy data pipelines and ontology in Palantir Foundry.
• Integrate live intelligence into operator workflows and C2 tools.
• Develop custom widgets and end-to-end solutions with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot across the stack including on-premise environments.
• Advise customers technically and translate feedback into the product road-map.
• Travel to customer sites and operations centres across Europe as needed.
