Job summary

Acuity Analytics is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to bridge engineering, product, and customer success. You will design, integrate, and deploy AI-powered solutions in real-world production environments, acting as the technical owner from design through implementation to ensure high-impact outcomes and customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with customers and internal teams, leading end-to-end integration, and translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions,

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js for frontend development.
• Strong backend experience using Python and Node.js.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, including model lifecycle and deployment.
• Experience with AI-powered systems (LLMs, ML APIs).
• Proven experience in system integration via REST APIs and external services.
• Experience deploying and supporting applications in production environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in ambiguous, customer-facing scenarios.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions in real production environments.
• Lead end-to-end integration and implementation of AI-driven products into customer systems.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Platform Engineering teams using Agile methods.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices to customers during adoption.
