Encord is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to join its product engineering team in Greater London. This role encompasses the end-to-end deployment of the Encord platform, working directly with customers to enhance adoption and deliver value.

The ideal candidate will have 3–8 years in client-facing roles, manage projects, and develop data integrations. The position provides competitive salary, equity, and a supportive in-person culture in the London office.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years in a technical, client-facing or solutions engineering role.
• Experience building or working with data integrations and APIs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end deployment of the Encord platform for strategic customers.
• Build data integrations and technical solutions to support onboarding.
• Guide customers with best practices, run demos, and host workshops.
