STRATOS Technologies is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer in London to embed our Strategy Operating System within client operations, turning strategic intent into live, scalable data workflows and AI-enabled solutions.

You will work with industry leaders, shaping implementations that drive measurable results while benefiting from a hybrid work model and equity opportunities. Visa sponsorship is available.

Formación

• 0–4 years of solid experience in data engineering or analytics.
• Experience at start-up companies and/or excitement to experience fast-scaling tech environments, or experience at a top-tier consultancy.
• Ability to translate complex and sometimes ambiguous business requirements into clean, maintainable data pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure client implementations are working successfully.
• Solve customers' hardest business challenges by adapting and deploying the STRATOS platform to their needs.
• Design and implement scalable generative AI workflows using platforms like Palantir AIP.
• Execute complex data integration using PySpark and other distributed technologies.
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand context, priorities, and key outcomes.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with industry leaders to embed our platform deep into their operations – transforming strategic intent into live systems that drive measurable results. Tasks

• Ensure client implementations are working successfully
• Solve our customers’ hardest business challenges by adapting and deploying the STRATOS platform to their needs
• Design and implement scalable generative AI workflows using platforms like Palantir AIP
• Execute complex data integration using PySpark and other distributed technologies
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand context, priorities, and key outcome

Requirements

• 0-4 years of solid experience in data engineering or analytics.
• Experience at start-up companies and/or an excitement to experience first-hand the adventure that comes with a fast-scaling tech company, alternatively experience at a top-tier consultancy.
• The ability to translate complex and sometimes ambiguous business requirements into clean and maintainable data pipelines
• Excellent knowledge of PySpark, Python and SQL fundamentals
• The ability to get to grips with new technologies quickly

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in dashboarding tools, Typescript and API development
• Familiarity with Airflow, DBT, Databricks
• Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (e.g. Oracle, SAP) and CRM systems
