Job summary

Salesforce in London is seeking a Forward Deployed Consultant to drive AI-powered process automation for large enterprises. You will lead customer projects from business case through go-live, collaborating with global teams to deliver measurable improvements in cycle time and cost per transaction.

You will build and refine automated blueprints using AI agents, and you will own delivery to production, including scoping, testing and data migration, with a focus on high-value first releases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solutions consulting, forward deployed, or similar roles including owning projects from discovery through go-live.
• Experience with supply chain, ERP or finance operations processes such as procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, accounts payable/receivable, or supplier onboarding.
• Built AI or agent-based automation yourself, including designing prompts, structuring outputs and fixing failures, and knowledge of common integration patterns (REST, SOAP, event-based).
• Able to write clear requirements and user stories, and comfortable with senior executives, including sharing bad news early with a plan to fix it.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to customer leaders: build the business case, set clear success measures and a starting baseline, and shape a multi-year automation roadmap.
• Turn discovery workshops and process maps into a first working automated workflow (a Blueprint) within days or weeks, building and refining it with AI agents.
• Own delivery through go-live, including scoping, build, user acceptance testing, data migration and cutover; manage scope changes and focus on the most valuable first release.
• Hand ownership over to partners and customer teams with documentation, training and success measures, and open up the next process on the roadmap.

The Experience

Join the Regrello team in London, part of Salesforce's Agentforce platform, where you help large companies replace slow, manual work with AI-powered process automation. As a Forward Deployed Consultant, you lead customer projects from the first business case all the way to go-live, working with customers across regions and seeing the impact of your work in live production.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Act as a trusted advisor to customer leaders: build the business case, set clear success measures and a starting baseline (such as cycle time and cost per transaction), and shape a multi-year automation roadmap.


• Turn discovery workshops and process maps into a first working automated workflow (a \"Blueprint\") within days or weeks, building and refining it yourself with AI agents and prompting tools.


• Own delivery through go-live, including scoping, build, user acceptance testing, data migration and cutover. You manage scope changes and focus on the most valuable first release when that's what it takes to launch.


• Hand ownership over to partners and customer teams with clear documentation, training and success measures, and use each launch to open up the next process on the roadmap.

You're Our Person If...

• You have 5+ years in solutions consulting, forward deployed, management consulting, product management, process automation or business analysis roles, including owning projects from discovery through go-live.


• You understand supply chain, enterprise resource planning (ERP) or finance operations processes such as procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, accounts payable and receivable, or supplier onboarding.


• You've built AI or agent-based automation yourself, including designing prompts, structuring outputs and fixing failures, and you know common integration patterns (such as REST, SOAP and event-based) and their risks.


• You can write clear requirements and user stories, and you're comfortable with senior executives, including sharing bad news early along with a plan to fix it.


• Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.)

Even Better If...

• You know the Salesforce platform, including its APIs and platform services.


• You've built or worked through partner and implementation ecosystems.


• You hold a Lean, Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification.


• You've tracked results against a baseline after go-live and used them to grow the account.
