Job summary

monday.com in London is seeking a Forward Deployed Consultant to lead AI‑driven implementation projects for enterprise customers. You will train, advise and consult on optimising the monday.com AI work platform during implementations and ongoing managed services, crafting configurations, automations and data structures.

You will build strong client relationships, run webinars and demos, manage small to mid‑sized projects, and advocate for customers to shape the product roadmap, collaborating

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an implementation consultant, managed services consultant, customer success manager or technical project manager.
• Experience leading software implementation or managed services projects that required hands-on build and system configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Generative/Agentic AI tools and a strong understanding of how to leverage AI in streamlining work productivity and building workflows.
• Experience with project management, CRM, service desk, and/or collaborative work management software.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills, rooted in computational thinking and systems design.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.
• Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with client stakeholders and executives.
• Ability to clearly articulate technical topics to a non-technical audience.
• Foundational knowledge of APIs (GraphQL) and other integration tools (make.com) is a plus.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy.
• Ability to take initiative and adapt.
• BA or BS degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI transformation and implementation projects for monday.com customers, designing and building tailored solutions including configurations, automations, reporting, user management, and other advanced monday.com features and functionality.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders to understand their business needs and ensure successful adoption of monday.com across their organisation.
• Design sophisticated workflows and relational data structures within the monday.com platform to solve complex business cases, partnering with technical resources for migrations and integrations as needed.
• Actively leverage monday AI and external Generative/Agentic AI tools to accelerate solution design, automate complex business logic, and deliver intelligent workflows for our customers.
• Act as a project manager for small to medium-sized projects by building and executing on project plans that ensure deliverables stay on time and on budget.
• Lead online webinars, consultations, and one-on-one demos to educate customers on the features of our product.
• Represent the voice of the customer by advocating for their needs and influencing the product development roadmap.

Our team is growing and we are looking for a Forward Deployed Consultant to join our London Professional Services team! In this role, you will train, advise and consult with customers to optimise their use of monday.com AI work platform during the course of an implementation project or ongoing managed services engagement. You will also be interacting with customers and internal account teams to ensure customer success while planning and managing these projects!
