• 15+ years of experience in software engineering or AI leadership.
• Experience leading high-performing technical teams delivering AI/automation solutions.
• Ability to review architectures and guide technical decisions.
• Experience translating operational challenges into scalable tech solutions.
• Ability to define operating models and delivery frameworks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Forward Deployed Engineers embedded across business functions.
• Partner with Domain Leaders to map workflows and identify AI opportunities.
• Design and deliver AI solutions using Microsoft AI and productivity platforms including Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and RAG solutions.
• Establish repeatable delivery methodologies, engineering standards, governance practices, and quality expectations.
• Enable rapid prototyping, short sprint execution, user testing, and continuous iteration with strong engineering discipline.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, platform teams, and data organizations to remove delivery blockers.
• Communicate progress, risks, and adoption outcomes to technical and non-technical executive audiences.
