Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python or C++).
• 2 years of experience with GenAI techniques (e.g., LLMs, Multi-Modal, Large Vision Models) or GenAI concepts.
• 1 year of experience with AI/ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, evaluation, optimization, data processing, debugging).
• Experience developing and deploying multilingual natural language processing models.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the delivery lead for conversational AI pilots, refactoring code for production with secure integrations.
• Own the delivery of the initial Customer User Journeys (CUJs), optimizing for top customer priorities.
• Architect and optimize complex agentic workloads, focusing on reasoning loops, tool selection, and latency reduction.
• Implement infrastructure: rate limiting, error management, regional failover, monitoring and alerts during Go-Live.
• Architect security perimeters (VPC, IAM, CMEK) to satisfy CISO requirements and balance latency, accuracy, and cost.
