Job summary

Accenture plc is seeking an AI SDLC Forward Deployed Engineer at Consultant level. The role is flexible in location and involves embedding within client organizations to design, build, and ship advanced AI-enabled products and platforms, across proof-of-value and production stages.

You will collaborate with senior FDEs to shape the model, apply repeatable patterns, and raise the bar for enterprise AI deployment in practice.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a technical engineering role with client-facing/consulting exposure.
• Experience delivering production apps with real business impact in enterprise environments.
• Practical experience with large language models: prompt engineering, agent development, evaluation frameworks, workflows and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver production-quality AI/SDLC applications within client systems, ensuring performance, security and reliability.
• Develop production-ready artefacts and tools (MCP servers, sub-agents, orchestration, evaluation tooling) deployable across client workflows.
• Support enterprise deployments of frontier AI capabilities integrated with existing IT infrastructure.
• Drive AI adoption with client teams, removing blockers and up-skilling staff.
• Stay at the forefront of LLMs, SDLC, agentic frameworks and AI product development.
• Build relationships with client teams and AI partners to create new AI value.
• Represent Accenture in the field, championing responsible AI usage.
