Qualifications

• Masters or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent deep industry experience.
• 10+ years of full-stack expertise across Python, Node.js, and React with high-scale architectures on Kubernetes and global cloud infra.
• Expert ability to design and oversee production-grade ecosystems with security and scalability.
• Experience deploying and troubleshooting end-to-end solutions in high-security client environments.
• Self-driven leader able to resolve ambiguity and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead technical strategist for public sector engagements, turning requirements into architectural roadmaps and onsite implementations.
• Architect frameworks for production-grade AI applications and integrate UI, backend, and models at scale.
• Guide evolution of cloud infrastructure for security, scalability, and integrity across environments.
• Direct development of core platforms and shared services to meet cross-cutting global client needs.
• Mentor senior and junior staff and align products with a cohesive architecture.
• Bridge field insights to reusable patterns powering the engineering team.
