Job summary

Dabster is hiring a Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE) to collaborate with enterprise clients across the UK, delivering AI, cloud and integration programmes. You will design and deploy cloud-native solutions, implement secure DevSecOps pipelines, and lead PoCs turning new tech into scalable business value.

You will work with cutting-edge tools like LangChain and vector search technologies while aligning with TOGAF and other architecture standards to modernise platforms and secure data.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise integrations and distributed systems.
• Credible background in cloud-native architectures and multi-cloud patterns.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps, GitOps, MLOps and AI security practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client stakeholders to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
• Deliver enterprise integrations, microservices, event-driven architectures and distributed systems.
• Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on Azure, AWS, and/or GCP using containers and Kubernetes.
• Implement CI/CD, IaC (Terraform/Ansible), observability, and secure pipelines.
• Design and deploy Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions using LangChain, LangGraph, and related tools.
• Utilize RAG, vector search (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) and secure AI patterns.
• Apply enterprise architecture principles (TOGAF, Zachman) to modernise platforms.
• Embed Zero Trust, IAM, encryption, and compliance into AI implementations.
• Lead PoCs and accelerators turning emerging tech into measurable outcomes.
