WRITER is seeking a visionary AI transformation lead to partner with Fortune 100 accounts, translating the WRITER platform into measurable P&L impact. This hybrid London role sits at the intersection of business strategy and technology, reporting to the director of AI transformation and success.

You will drive transformation, influence product roadmaps, and help executives navigate an AI‑first operating model for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years in strategic account management or transformation consulting for Fortune 50–100 companies.
• Mastery of change management and strategic thinking to set vision and translate capabilities to outcomes.
• Executive presence and communication skills to present to boards and lead cross‑functional teams.
• Curious mindset and active listening style signaling genuine leadership.
• Strong background in management consulting or strategy advisory.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers and lead ROI/value initiatives with the adoption team.
• Act as a strategic transformation partner for Fortune 50–100 clients and define JTBD with leadership.
• Build and manage C‑suite relationships as trusted advisor to prioritize AI at the executive level.
• Lead value realization and ROI delivery through analysis and business reviews.
• Orchestrate cross‑functional programs with multiple stakeholders and manage risks.
• Identify and drive expansion opportunities with sales on cross‑sell/upsell.
• Scale best practices by creating decks, frameworks, and communications for the team.
