Job summary

CDW is seeking a Solution Architect with Fortinet expertise to drive security-focused engagements across network and edge environments in the UK. You will translate customer requirements into high-level technical designs and support the full bid lifecycle from discovery through to delivery.

You will lead Fortinet-based architectures, collaborate with sales and delivery teams, and maintain certifications to ensure credible, outcome-driven engagements in a multi-vendor context.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in a technical consulting, solution architecture or pre-sales role.
• Proven hands-on pre-sales or design experience with Fortinet solutions.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and coordinating with sales teams.
• Knowledge of security domains including SASE, SSE, ZTNA and segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Act as solution owner translating customer needs into technical designs and outcomes.
• Lead discovery, document requirements, and support bid workstreams.
• Design Fortinet-based security solutions across network and edge environments.
• Develop high-level designs, provide quotes, and support procurement validation.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery teams and BDMs to ensure customer outcomes.
