Job summary

Eurofins is seeking a Product Compliance Specialist for formulated products to ensure regulatory, environmental and quality standards across cosmetics, air care, household care and medicines. You will manage product approval timelines, review technical docs and artwork, and provide expert regulatory guidance to clients and teams.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline (e.g. toxicology, biochemistry, pharmacy, chemistry).
• Experience in regulatory roles covering formulated products across multiple categories (cosmetics/personal care, detergents, air care or medicines).
• Strong knowledge of UK/EU regulatory frameworks (Cosmetics, Detergents, CLP), with medicinal exposure desirable.
• Experience reviewing packaging, labelling and technical docs.
• Understanding manufacturing processes and production environments.

Responsibilities

• Own formulated product area to meet business and client needs for cosmetics and personal care, air care, detergents and medicines.
• Ensure compliance of products to regulatory/retail requirements and manage the approval process to launch.
• Review and approve technical specifications, artwork, packaging and labelling.
• Maintain accurate records on the critical path and document control in PLM systems.
• Provide regulatory horizon scanning, translate updates into actionable guidance for clients and teams.
