Job summary

nGAGE Talent Group is seeking an experienced Regulatory Manager to own regulatory compliance across cosmetics, household and pet care products. The role collaborates with Development, Laboratory, Quality, Commercial and Manufacturing to ensure products meet all regulatory requirements from concept to manufacture and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience in Regulatory Affairs within cosmetics, household or chemical manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of UK and EU cosmetics regulations.
• Proven ability to compile and maintain Product Information Files (PIFs).
• Experience with CPSRs and product safety assessments.
• Familiarity with COSMOS, Soil Association, Vegan and Cruelty Free accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of regulatory compliance across cosmetics, household and pet care ranges.
• Ensure compliance with UK/EU cosmetics legislation, CLP and related requirements.
• Compile and maintain Product Information Files (PIFs) and safety documentation.
• Coordinate Cosmetic Product Safety Reports (CPSRs) and safety assessments.
• Review formulations, ingredients and labeling for regulatory conformity.
• Provide regulatory guidance to Development, Quality, Operations and Commercial teams.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and external regulatory providers on compliance matters.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on products and processes.
