Job summary

Encord is seeking a former founder who wants to get back to building, working directly with the founding team to tackle high-stakes problems and shape the company’s trajectory. You’ll drive opportunities across product, engineering, GTM, and operations with founder-level energy and ownership.

You may have started and exited a business, or excelled in a challenging environment that demonstrates grit and the ability to deliver visible impact.

Qualifications

• Former founder with technical background and experience building or scaling a product or company.
• Proven ability to own high-stakes, ambiguous problems and ship solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and drive high-leverage opportunities across product, engineering, GTM, or operations.
• Own ambitious, ambiguous problems and ship from zero to shipped.
• Bring founder-level energy and judgment to initiatives across teams.
• Build internal tools, processes, and systems to scale Encord.
• Operate with extreme ownership and move fast with limited resources.
