Job summary

Manpower Group (UK) is seeking a reliable Yard Person/Forklift Driver in Stalbridge on a temporary basis with potential for permanent employment. You will operate a counterbalance forklift, load and unload, organise the yard and support deliveries, while maintaining high health and safety standards.

The role requires a Counterbalance Forklift Licence and a full Category B licence; salary is £13.60 per hour with an immediate start and a clear path to permanency for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Counterbalance forklift licence required.
• Full Category B driving licence required.
• Experience in yard/warehouse environment.
• Good health and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading gas cylinders safely using a counterbalance forklift.
• Organising and maintaining the yard to a high standard.
• Carrying out stock movements and basic stock checks.
• Assisting with deliveries and collections as required.
• Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Supporting the wider depot team with day-to-day operations.
