Job summary

Pertemps is recruiting a Counterbalance Forklift Driver for a busy warehouse near Bridgwater, in Cannington. The role requires a valid Counterbalance licence and proven forklift experience, with own transport essential due to location.

Immediate start with a temp-to-perm contract and overtime available. Working Monday to Friday with Saturday shifts possible, you will load/unload goods, operate a counterbalance truck safely, and help keep the yard and warehouse organized.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Counterbalance licence.
• Proven commercial experience operating a forklift within a busy warehouse or logistics environment.
• Own transport is essential due to the location.

Responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading vehicles (curtain-siders, containers, etc.)
• General warehouse and yard duties as required
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized working environment
