Job summary

Acclaim Handling Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced forklift technician responsible for repair, preparation and minor overhaul of forklift trucks at our depot.

You will service gas, diesel and electric forklifts, inspect brakes, steering and lifting equipment, and complete job sheets to meet customer requirements. The role also involves preventative maintenance and adhering to manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing forklift trucks to component level.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to follow check sheets and perform safety inspections.

Responsibilities

• Repair, prepare and overhaul forklift trucks.
