Job summary

Cranswick Country Foods Fresh Poultry in Eye, Suffolk is seeking a Forklift Operative for the Despatch team. You will load/unload, operate machinery, and perform daily equipment counts in a busy yard environment.

Requirements include Shunter/HGV and Counterbalance forklift licences, with Telehandler preferred. Competitive hourly pay with benefits and on-site facilities are offered. Training and progression opportunities exist within the Despatch department.

Qualifications

• Valid licences: Shunter license and HGV required; Counterbalance forklift licence required.

Responsibilities

• Operate Counterbalance forklift or hand truck.
• Operate Telehandler to move/dolavs into trailers.
• Move trailers with Shunter truck on/off loading bays and in Offal area.
• Record daily trailer checks and weights.
• Follow quality and customer service standards.
