Job summary

Greencore in Spalding is seeking a Skilled Logistics Operative to join our busy team on day shifts. You will handle despatch duties, stock checks, and pallet movements using electric trucks, while maintaining safety and GMP standards in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Logistics/Stores/Despatch experience in food manufacturing or warehousing.
• Counterbalance and Reach FLT licences.
• Excellent numeracy and literacy with strong documentation.
• High attention to detail in fast-paced environment.
• Strong team-working and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Office administration and team coordination.
• Health & Safety monitoring in the area.
• Check and record incoming goods against delivery notes.
• Provide samples for Quality Controllers during unloading.
• Move pallets using electric pallet truck.
• Load and unload vehicles with electric pallet truck.
• Stock replenishment for despatch and logistics areas.
• Count stock and maintain GMP standards.
