This role offers a combination of forklift driving and hands-on production work. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, is happy to get involved across different areas of the operation and wants to build a long-term future with a company.

The Role

You’ll work as part of a busy production team, with your time split between operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck and carrying out practical production duties.

Please note: this is primarily a production role, with approximately 20% FLT driving and 80% production work.

Your duties will include:

• Operating a counterbalance forklift to move stock and materials safely
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Filling 1-tonne bulk bags and 25kg sacks with product
• Supporting general production and warehouse operations
• Following food hygiene, Health & Safety and quality procedures
• Keeping the production area clean, tidy and organised
• Carrying out manual handling tasks as required
