Job summary

Crem Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Forklift Operator to join a busy manufacturing site in Duxford. You'll play a key role in moving materials and finished goods safely and efficiently across warehouse and production areas.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts from 6:00am-2:00pm and 2:00pm-10:00pm. Valid RTITB Counterbalance and Reach licences are required, along with good English and numeracy skills.

Qualifications

• Valid RTITB Counterbalance and Reach forklift licences (VNA experience desirable but not essential).
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good English and numeracy skills.
• Basic IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Loading, unloading and storing deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Supplying materials to production and packing departments.
• Collecting and storing finished goods.
• Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch.
• Maintaining accurate stock control and inventory.
• Operating Forklift.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe.
• Following all health and safety procedures and promoting a safe working environment.

What We’re Looking For
