Job summary

Prime Appointments Ltd is recruiting a Warehouse Operative in Clacton-on-Sea, Essex. The role involves forklift operation, goods in, dispatch, order picking, packing and stock control within a busy logistics environment.

Candidate must hold a valid B1 Counterbalance forklift licence and have prior warehouse or distribution experience. A full UK driving licence is essential and you will work Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm. Permanent contract with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid B1 Counterbalance forklift licence is essential.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution or manufacturing environments.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate Counterbalance forklift to move materials safely.
• Assist with loading/unloading, orders and pallet preparation.
• Pack, label and check stock accuracy for dispatch.
• Maintain stock records and ensure storage is tidy and safe.
• Follow health and safety procedures and site rules.
