As a Field Forklift Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing on-site maintenance, repair, and servicing of forklifts. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting diagnostic assessments and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues in forklifts at client locations.
• Performing routine maintenance checks and inspections to ensure forklifts are operating at peak efficiency.
• Executing repairs and replacements of faulty components and parts on-site.
• Collaborating closely with clients to understand and address specific forklift service requirements.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date service records.
• Offering technical assistance and guidance to clients on forklift operation and maintenance best practices.

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Proven experience working within the Automotive or Forklift industry in a similar role.
• Demonstrate good product knowledge gained from experience working on all aspects of forklift trucks, IC Engines, brake systems, hydraulics and electrics.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a field service capacity.
