Warehouse Operative(Forklift experience required)
Temp to Perm
Wellingborough
Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm

About the Role:
I am recruiting for a reliable and self-motivated Warehouse Operator to join my clients team in wellingborough. The ideal candidate will have forklift experience, be comfortable working at heights, and have a strong understanding of pick, pack, and dispatch processes. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work independently when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
· Operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
· Perform pick, pack, and dispatch duties with accuracy.
· Use handheld scanners and computers for inventory tracking.
· Label cartons and re-stack pallets as required.
· Work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
· Ensure warehouse safety standards are met.

Key Requirements:
· Forklift license and experience. (Can be trained in house where required).Ideally VNA experience
· Comfortable working at heights.
· Experience with pick, pack, and dispatch operations.
· Confident using handheld scanners and computers.
· Strong teamwork skills and ability to work independently.
· Self-motivated, trustworthy, and detail oriented.
· Ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
