Job summary

Proactive Recruitment is seeking an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our client in Newhouse. The role is on a temp-to-perm basis with weekly pay every Friday and a full-time contract after 12 weeks.

Hours run Monday to Thursday 18:00-06:00 and Tuesday to Friday 18:00-06:00, with a pay rate of £15.21 per hour. Local living or transport is preferred due to location; apply via Indeed or call 01698 307400 to speak to a consultant.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a counterbalance forklift.
• Ability to load/unload and move glass safely.
• Available for full-time hours including night shifts.

Job description

Proactive Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our client located in Newhouse. This position will be on a temp to perm basis.

Duties include;

• Loading and Unloading trailers
• Storing glass within the warehouse, using the client racking systems
• General warehouse duties.

Don’t have your own Counterbalance Forklift Licence? Not to worry, inhouse tickets are also considered.

Hours –

Monday to Thursday – 18:00 to 06:00

Tuesday to Friday – 18:00 to 06:00.

Pay – £15.21 per hour.

Candidates should ideally live locally or have their own transport due to the hours and location of the role.
