Job Description:

• Position: Production Operator
• Salary: £11.75 per hour
• Benefits: 20 days holiday = bank holiday (1 increase yearly)

We are currently recruiting for a Production/Manufacturing Operative to join a production team and become a part of the ‘production excellence’ within an established and reputable company, based in Billingshurst.

Production Operator Responsibilities

• Operate Machinery within the production line to job specifications.
• Verify product quality and records.
• Adhere to good manufacturing practices.
• Efficiently manage changeovers and cleaning.
• Communicate machine issues promptly.
• Flexibility for ad hoc duties.

Production Operator Experience preferred:

• Experience in manufacturing (GMP/FMCG, pharmaceutical, or food).
• Machinery operation and changeovers.
• Familiarity with SOPs.
• Experience with presses or packing lines.

Work Pattern:

Week 1: 06:45-14:45 Monday to Thursday and 06:45-13:45 Friday

Week 2: 14:30-22:30 Monday to Thursday and 13:30-20:30 Friday
