Osborne Appointments is recruiting for a Forklift Driver – Counter Balance & Reach to join a busy warehouse at Quintus Park, Burton-on-Trent. Fixed shifts, Monday to Friday, with weekly pay for a safety-conscious operator holding Counterbalance and Reach licences.

Location: Quintus Park, Burton-on-Trent. Pay: £13.50 per hour + holiday pay. Immediate start for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance & Reach FLT licence/certification.
• Previous experience as an FLT Driver in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate Counterbalance and Reach FLT and other MHE as required.
• Load, unload, move and rearrange stock safely.
• Carry out stock and quality checks across warehouse processes.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards across the site.
• Adhere to Health & Safety procedures and report incidents.
• Work towards customer KPIs and SLAs.

We are currently recruiting for two Forklift Driver - Counter Balance & Reach to join a busy and growing warehouse team at Quintus Park, Burton-on-Trent. We're offering fixed shifts working Monday to Friday with weekly pay for a reliable and safety-conscious individual with both Counterbalance & Reach Forklift licence.

Location: Quintus Park, Burton-on-Trent

Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour + holiday pay

• 0800-1600 and 1000-1800

Key Responsibilities as a Forklift Driver - Counter Balance & Reach:

• Operating Counterbalance and Reach FLT and other MHE when required
• Loading, unloading, moving, and rearranging stock safely
• Carrying out stock and quality checks throughout warehouse processes
• Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards across the site
• Adhering to Health & Safety procedures and reporting any incidents
• Working towards customer KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs)

What We're Looking For in a Forklift Counter Balance Driver:
