Job summary

Osborne Appointments is currently recruiting for a Forklift Counter Balance Driver to join a busy warehouse at Quintus Park, Burton-on-Trent. A valid Counterbalance forklift licence is required. Pay rate is £13.50 per hour plus holiday pay.

Shifts are Monday to Friday with an immediate start for the right candidate. You will operate Counterbalance FLT, load and unload, pick orders with handheld scanners, maintain stock and housekeeping, and uphold health and safety standards while meeting KPIs

Qualifications

• Experience operating Counterbalance FLT in a warehouse.
• Commitment to accuracy and safety in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate Counterbalance FLT and other MHE as required.
• Load, unload, and move stock safely.
• Pick products using handheld scanners.
• Prepare customer orders accurately and on time.
• Carry out stock and quality checks.
• Maintain housekeeping standards across site.
• Adhere to Health & Safety procedures and report incidents.
• Work toward KPIs and SLAs.
• Support site projects and other warehouse tasks.

We are currently recruitingForklift Counter Balance Driver to join a busy and growing warehouse team at Quintus Park, Burton-on-Trent his is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and safety-conscious individual with a valid Counterbalance Forklift licence to become part of a dynamic team.

Location: Quintus Park, Burton-on-Trent

Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour + holiday pay

Key Responsibilities as aForklift Counter Balance Driver:

• Operating Counterbalance FLT and other MHE when required
• Loading, unloading, moving, and rearranging stock safely
• Picking products using handheld digital scanners
• Preparing customer orders accurately and on time
• Carrying out stock and quality checks throughout warehouse processes
• Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards across the site
• Adhering to Health & Safety procedures and reporting any incidents
• Working towards customer KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs)
• Supporting site projects and additional warehouse tasks as required

• Previous experience as an FLT Driver in a warehouse environment
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities

• Flexible approach to work and shift patterns
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
