The Best Connection Group Limited in Colnbrook is seeking a Warehouse Operative with a Counterbalance FLT licence to join our busy air cargo operation. The role involves 12-hour shifts on-night patterns, with duties including loading/unloading, forklift operation, and goods inspection.

• Move freight throughout the warehouse accurately and safely.
• Check goods for damage and ensure correct documentation.
• Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.
• Support general warehouse operations when required.

Shift Pattern:

12-hour shifts

18:00-06:00 or 06:00-18:00

Key Responsibilities:

Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently

Operating Counterbalance Forklift Trucks

Moving freight throughout the warehouse accurately and safely

Checking goods for damage and ensuring correct documentation

Following all health & safety procedures at all times

Supporting general warehouse operations when required

Requirements:

Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential)

Previous warehouse/forklift experience

Strong attention to detail

Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
