Job summary

TeamJobs are recruiting an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative to join a busy Farnham warehouse team. This is a varied, hands-on role combining forklift operation with general warehouse duties.

We are looking for someone who is happy to get stuck in and support the team, not just sit on a forklift all day! You will operate the counterbalance forklift safely, load and unload deliveries, pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch, move stock and keep the warehouse

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence - ESSENTIAL
• Previous warehouse experience
• Reliable, hardworking and a good team player
• Comfortable with physical work and manual handling
• Own transport highly recommended due to the remote location

This is a varied, hands-on role combining forklift operation with general warehouse duties. We're looking for someone who is happy to get stuck in and support the team, not just sit on a forklift all day!

Hours & Pay

• 14.56 per hour - Weekly pay
• Monday to Friday
• Working hours between 6:45am - 6:00pm
• Typical shifts between 7:30am - 5:00pm
• 8.5-hour shifts including 1 hour of unpaid breaks

What you'll be doing

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch
• Moving and organising stock around the warehouse
• General warehouse duties and manual handling
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised
