Working Hours: 9 Hours Paid Per Day (Monday to Friday)
Pay Rate: £16.00 - £18.00 per hour (dependent on tickets and pay structure)
We are recruiting a flexible, team-player Forklift Driver for an upcoming 4-week project on a busy site in Sevenoaks, starting Monday, 12th October 2026.
This role guarantees 9 paid hours per day. We need an adaptable operator who is happy to jump out of the cab to assist the site team with general duties, offloading, and material handling when the machine is not in motion.
Operating the forklift to offload deliveries, stack materials, and supply work areas across site.
Conducting daily pre-shift machinery checks and logging any issues.
Hands-on teamwork: Stepping out of the machine during plant downtime to assist site trades, move materials manually, and keep work areas clear.
Working closely with the Site Manager, gateman, and subcontractors to keep site logistics moving smoothly.
Following site safety procedures and maintaining clear access routes.
Valid NPORS Card (with CSCS logo) OR CPCS Card (Forklift / Telehandler / Counterbalance accredited).
Valid CSCS Card (essential).
Full PPE (Steel toe-cap boots, high-vis vest/jacket, hard hat, and gloves).
A flexible, proactive attitude-must be willing to jump off the machine and pitch in with general site tasks as needed.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating on active construction or materials sites.
Right to work in the UK.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 paid hours per day (45 paid hours per week).
Start Date: Monday, 12th October 2026.
Duration: 4 weeks guaranteed work.
Weekly pay via CIS, Umbrella, or PAYE options.
