Job summary

Quest Employment is seeking a reliable Forklift Driver to join our client in Rushden, Northamptonshire. The role involves operating counterbalance forklifts and supporting general warehouse duties to ensure smooth operations.

Shifts are 12 hours with options for 7am–7pm or 7pm–7am, and weekly pay is provided. A licence for counterbalance trucks and prior warehouse experience are required. Enjoy free onsite parking, canteen, vending machines, and access to Club Quest perks.

Qualifications

• Experience and licences for a Counterbalance truck with at least a years experience.
• Ideally experience in all aspects of warehouse work.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to Warehouse Supervisors
• Distributing recycled materials
• Ensure that the operation meets the customer service requirements by completing each function at the highest standard.
• Carry out a variety of warehouse activities such as unloading/loading, pallet truck operation, relocating and re-organising.
• Manual Lifting will be involved.
• Carry out general housekeeping, maintenance, and warehouse duties, to ensure that the profile of the site is maintained to the very highest standard.
• Responsible for the Health and Safety of themselves and other operatives by adhering to safe working practices.
• Undertake such additional activities as may be required.
• Supporting Production Operatives with the recycling materials

Candidates must be able to demonstrate:
