Responsibilities

• Opérer les chariots élévateurs dans le respect des procédures de sécurité.
• Charger, décharger et déplacer des marchandises selon les procédures opérationnelles.
• Maintenir un environnement de travail propre et organisé.

Are You an Experienced Forklift Operator Looking for a Long-Term Opportunity?

We’re currently recruiting experienced FLT Drivers to join our client based in Leicester. This is a great opportunity for drivers with strong skills, current licences, and a keen eye for safety and efficiency.

Position: Forklift Driver

Location: Leicester

Shift Pattern: 4 On / 4 Off – Days (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Pay Rate: £12.97 per hour

Contract: 12 Weeks Temp to Perm

Responsibilities:

• Operate Counterbalance and Reach Truck forklifts safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, and move goods across the site in line with operational procedures
• Ensure accurate placement and storage of stock using scanners or manual systems
• Comply with all Health & Safety and manual handling regulations at all times
• Maintain a clean and organised work area to support a safe working environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job progress

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable and safety-conscious
• Able to work efficiently in a busy warehouse environment
• Proactive team player with a strong work ethic
• Minimum 1 Year FLT Experience (preferably currently operating a truck)
• Valid B1 (Counterbalance) & D1 (Reach Truck) Licences
• Driving License is advantageous
