Job summary

Brightwork Limited is recruiting an experienced FLT Driver for a family-run farming operation located just outside Forres. The role is temporary with a potential to go permanent for the right candidate. You will operate a forklift truck across the site, moving boxes and pallets to support farming activities.

The position offers £13.50 per hour with overtime at time and a half after 42.5 hours. Harvest periods may require longer hours over 2–3 weeks, in a friendly, outdoor working environment.

On behalf of a family-run farming business located just outside Forres. Our client is seeking an experienced FLT Driver to support daily farming operations in a varied and hands-on role.

This is a temporary position to begin with but potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

The role offers £13.50 per hour, with overtime paid at time and a half after 42.5 hours worked per week. Harvest time will see long hours over a period of 2 - 3 weeks.

Your Time at Work

As an FLT Driver, you will be responsible for operating a forklift truck across the site, moving boxes, pallets, and other large items to support farming activities.

This is a varied role, and as part of a small team, you'll also be expected to assist with other farm duties when required. A positive approach, strong teamwork skills, and a commitment to health and safety are essential.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating a forklift truck safely and efficiently around the site
• Moving and storing boxes, pallets, and other farm materials
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Supporting wider farming activities when required

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A valid FLT licence and previous forklift driving experience
