Job summary

Recruit Mint Ltd in Isleham (CB7) is seeking numerous skilled Forklift Drivers to join our warehouse team. You will operate counterbalance forklifts to load and unload goods and help manage inventory in a busy warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate has proven forklift experience, good math and paperwork skills, and a commitment to safety. We offer 4 on 4 off shifts at £14.17 per hour, with 60-minute breaks and opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts to load and unload materials, as well as manage inventory within our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have experience in materials handling and a solid background in warehouse or goods in and out operations.

Responsibilities:

• Operate counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently to load and unload goods
• Manage inventory using the warehouse management system to ensure accurate stock levels
• Handle materials with care, ensuring proper storage and organisation within the warehouse
• Assist in shipping and receiving processes, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation
• Conduct heavy lifting tasks as required, ensuring adherence to safety protocols
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organised work environment

• Proven experience as a Forklift Operator (Counterbalance) or in a similar role within a warehouse setting

Salary & Hours of Work:

• £14.17 per hour
• 4 on 4 off shift pattern
