Job summary

Connect Appointments is recruiting for a Forklift Driver in Glasgow. You will operate a forklift to move goods around a busy warehouse and loading dock, with day and night shifts available.

Applicants must hold a valid counterbalance forklift licence (RTITB) and have prior forklift experience in a busy environment. Duties include loading/unloading vehicles, stacking pallets and performing general warehouse tasks with a strong commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Valid counterbalance forklift licence (RTITB) required.
• Experience operating a forklift in a busy warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

Salary: GBP15.36 - GBP17.2 per hour

AsForklift Driver,your main focus will be centred operating a forklift to safely move goods and supplies around the warehouse and loading dock. Your other duties and responsibilities will include:

• Adhering to health and safety policy at all times
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Stacking and unstacking pallets
• General warehouse, production, and manufacturing duties
• Safe operation of the forklift

The successfulForklift Operatorwill have a valid counterbalance forklift licence (RTITB), and previous experience operating a forklift truck within a busy environment
