Job summary

Flexistaff Solutions Limited in Dunstable is seeking an experienced FLT Reach & Counterbalance Driver for a permanent Monday to Friday night shift. The role starts on a late shift (2:00pm – 10:00pm) during training, then transfers to nights.

Competitive rates, weekly pay, and on-site parking are offered. Applicants must hold valid Reach and Counterbalance licences and have experience operating both truck types.

Qualifications

• Valid, in-date Reach and Counterbalance FLT licences (RTITB, ITSSAR, AITT or equivalent).
• Experience operating both Reach and Counterbalance trucks.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to safe working practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to complete the initial training period on the late shift before moving to nights.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Reach and Counterbalance forklift trucks.
• Load and unload vehicles efficiently.
• Move stock throughout the warehouse and production areas.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders when required.
• Complete stock movements accurately using warehouse systems.
• Carry out routine vehicle safety checks.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and adhere to all health and safety procedures.
