Omnia Resourcing is recruiting for a Counterbalance FLT Driver to join the warehouse team in Ashby De La Zouch. This fast-paced role requires safe operation of a counterbalance forklift and general warehouse duties.

The role offers excellent hourly pay and a temp-to-perm path. A valid Counterbalance FLT licence is essential, with previous forklift and warehouse experience. Own transport is required due to limited public transport.

• Safely operate a Counterbalance FLT to load, unload and move stock around the warehouse
• Transport goods safely and efficiently within the warehouse and yard areas
• Load and unload vehicles as required

• Follow all site health and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet operational targets

Salary: GBP14.35 - GBP34.08 per hour + Temp to Perm opportunity

Counterbalance FLT Driver
Location: Ashby De La Zouch
Hourly Rates:

• £14.35 p/h – AM Shift (06:00 – 14:00, Monday to Friday)
• £15.10 p/h – PM Shift (14:00 – 22:00, Monday to Friday)
• £17.04 p/h – Night Shift (22:00 – 06:00, Sunday to Thursday)
• up to £34.08 p/h for overtime
