Job summary

The Best Connection is seeking a Reach Truck / Forklift Driver for our busy warehouse in Hoo, Kent. You will operate a Reach Truck, pick and pack orders, and support daily warehouse tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

The shift is Monday to Friday, 06:00–14:00 with weekly pay and opportunities for ongoing work. A valid Reach Truck licence and previous warehouse experience are required, along with reliability and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Valid Reach Truck licence (RTITB, ITSSAR or equivalent).
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Experience with picking and packing duties.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Reach Truck safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload stock within the warehouse.
• Picking orders accurately using pick sheets or handheld scanners.
• Packing products to company standards.
• Moving stock to designated locations.
• Conducting stock checks and inventory counts when required.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Following all health and safety procedures.

Reach Truck / Forklift Driver (Picking & Packing)

Location: Hoo, Kent

Shift: Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:00

Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour

Overtime Rate: £18.75 per hour
