Job summary

Wood Innovations in Newry is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join its warehouse team. Responsibilities include picking, packing, labeling and despatching orders, receiving and storing stock, and maintaining safety standards in a busy warehouse.

You will operate reach and counterbalance forklifts, perform routine pre-use checks, and contribute to a clean, efficient and well-organised work environment while supporting colleagues across shifts.

Qualifications

• Adheres to health and safety rules and regulations.
• Completes daily pre-use forklift checks.
• Picks, packs and labels orders for despatch.
• Transport orders to the designated despatch zone.
• Carries out quality checks on incoming goods.
• Transports and stores incoming goods.
• Maintains general housekeeping.
