Job summary

Dunbia is seeking an FLT Driver to join its UK site. The role involves moving goods safely around the factory, supporting production flow and maintaining cleanliness.

The successful candidate will hold a full Counterbalance Licence, display a proactive attitude, and communicate effectively with the shift team. This is a full-time, on-site position with benefits and opportunities for progression within the business.

Qualifications

• Full Counterbalance Licence is required.
• Positive and proactive attitude expected.
• Ability to work on your own initiative.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Literacy and numeracy abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Transport deliveries from vehicle to designated factory area safely.
• Assist with removal of waste product and sorting into correct categories.
• Deliver empty pallets and stacks of trays to maintain production flow.
• Communicate with shift supervisor to ensure continuous product flow.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness across the site.
• Report any defects in equipment to Line Manager immediately.

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities: -

• Transport deliveries from the transport vehicle to the correct area of the factory in a safe and controlled manner
• Assist with the removal of waste product and dispose into the correct categories
• Deliver empty pallets and stacks of trays to allow production to flow
• Communicate effectively with shift supervisor to maintain the constant flow of product through the factory
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness across site and monitor this
• Report any defects in equipment immediately to your Line Manager
